Summary
Chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses is one of the most common diseases of the 21st century. The paper presents etiopathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment regimens for this disease. Two cases of the usage of endonasal microsurgery in the Otolaryngological Ward of the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Kalisz are briefly described.
