The influence of conscientiousness and styles of coping with stress on quality of life

Summary
Aim. Explanation of young adults´ psychological determinants of subjective quality of life.
Material & method. In 2013 two hundred nineteen students took part in the research. The researched factors were: sense of quality of life, conscientiousness, frequency of stressful life events and styles of coping with stress.
Results & conclusions. The students with a high quality-of-life factor manifest higher levels of conscientiousness. People usually choose the style of coping with stress focused on the task.
